Diane is a native of Madison, WI but has lived in S.C. for over 30 years.  She is a dedicated family person with 5 children and 6 grandchildren and loves creating memories on Lake Keowee with Edmond and the kids.   Spending a few minutes with Diane, you can see why she loves living on the lake and enjoying the outdoor activities offered.   She has been assisting families for over 10 years discover the lifestyle on Lake Keowee.  Playing and working on the lake, she has an intimate knowledge of the lake and surrounding areas and is passionate in sharing her knowledge with you.   She believes in making real estate an enjoyable experience instilling a trust with her clients with her knowledge of the area, attention to detail, her genuine concern for her clients and her enthusiasm over Lake Keowee.

Edmond has lived in the Lake Keowee area since 1978 making a home on Lake Keowee since 1986.   He is a SC native and a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. Degree in Financial Mgt.  He brings a strong background in business management and is President of Upstate Development Group, Inc. as well.   He is also a SC Licensed Residential builder and is active in development activities ranging from subdivision development to waterfront speculative homes and investment properties.  He brings strong technical marketing skills to the team and coordinates all web marketing and property marketing for the team.  Edmond also owns and is Broker in Charge of Keowee Area Real Estate specializing in Lake Keowee Area Properties.

He is an avid, long time Clemson fan and you can find him at all the sporting events.  He is also a SC Certified Barbecue Judge and enjoys cooking and judging events across the state.  He is also an avid snow skier, boater, sailor and enjoys scuba diving.   Edmond is very passionate about Lake Keowee and loves to introduce families to the Lake Keowee area.   He must warn you, if you visit the area, you are most likely to fall in love with the lifestyle we enjoy and will not want to leave.

Attracted to the area by the beauty of Lake Keowee, Beth M. Wilson moved to Seneca four years ago from the golfing community of Pinehurst, NC.  She is the busy mother of two school age children.  She spends a great deal of time volunteering at Keowee Elementary and leading a Girl Scout troop of Juniors.  She comes to the Lake Keowee Connection Team with a background in accounting.  She has a degree in International Studies from Converse College and an Accounting degree from Furman University.  She worked for a high end custom home builder,  Camina Design and Construction in Pinehurst  and currently assists her husband in his emerging company D.L. Wilson Building, Inc.  Together, they also operate Keowee Home Services, specializing in second home care.  Beth’s  professional knowledge, honesty, and caring are a winning combination for our clients.   She is delighted to have joined Diane’s Lake Keowee Connection Team.
